Arunachal Pradesh Police Jobs for Sub Inspectors 2013

Office of the Director General of Police in Arunachal Pradesh has announced the vacancies  for recruitment to the post of Sub Inspectors against Civil Police, IRBN and Telecommunication (WT). It is advised to interested candidates to apply for the post before 25 November 2013.

Important Dates to remember about vacancy of sub Inspectors: Following dates for applying the post of Sub Inspector are declared.

1-Start Date of applying application form : 1 November 2013

2-Last  Date of applying application form : 25 November 2013

Notification Regarding Posts: Total Number of posts for these posts are 54 and break-up for various posts are described below:

  1. For the Sub Inspectors (GD) Posts:(a) For civil police, number of posts is 9 and (b) for IRBN , number of posts are 41.
  2. For the Sub Inspectors (Telecommunication /WT) Post: Number of post in IRBN is 4.

Age criterion: Candidates should have age between 20-25 years as on 1 January 2013 and 5 years age relaxation will be applicable for APST candidates.

Pay Scale:  Candidates will get basic pay after selection as Rs.9300-34800 + AGP Rs.4200/- per month.

Educational Qualification for Sub Inspector Post: For Sub InspectorS(GD) , Candidates should passed graduation degree and for the post of Sub Inspectors (Telecommunication/WT), Candidates should have bachelor degree in  Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or 3 years diploma in Radio/Telecommunication Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in communication organization.

Fee: Interested candidates should pay a treasury challan of Rs.15/- for APST candidates and Rs.60/- for General candidates in favor of Assistant Inspector General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under Head of Accounts 0055 Police.

Selection method: Candidates will be selected on the basis of physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination, Interview, Merit List and Medical Examination/Character & Antecedent Verification.
